FIWARE Tech Summit
The FIWARE tech summit will be held in Málaga, Spain, from 28 to 29 November 2017. The summit will gather leading developers, startups and corporates from the world of Open Source, Smart Cities and IoT to share experiences on the roll-out of smart solutions based on FIWARE products.
The FIWARE platform was kickstarted and co-funded in the context of the Future Internet Private Public Partnership within the 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development (FP7). FIWARE's mission is to provide royalty-free Application Programming Interfaces in view of easing the development of Smart Applications in multiple vertical sectors.
Tech leaders will inform the FIWARE community on open-source technology for smart solutions, with a close-up on urban issues, agriculture and manufacturing. The summit will be structured around several tracks that will run in parallel during the two days. Participants will have the opportunity to network and educate themselves along fireside chats, expert panels and one-to-one interviews.
